Our 100 Pound, 250 Pound, 500 pound 1000 pound bags of raw whole cashews give our customers the option to buy our delicious whole nuts in bulk.
Cashews are delicious as an individual snack, but they’re also an excellent addition to toss in salads or added to a dish for a complementary crunch. Raw cashews are so versatile because of their mild, nutty taste. You can salt and roast them or candy them with cinnamon and sugar.
No matter how you use our cashews, they will fuel your beyond for days to come.
Even though cashews are native to Brazil, most of the world’s cashews are farmed in Africa, India, and Vietnam. Sadly, oppressed laborers in these countries are forced to pick and shell cashew for an unbelievably small amount of money.
When the average cashew is ready to be treated and packaged, it’s already traveled about 10,000 miles. All cashews are then doused in a toxic chemical, aluminum phosphide poison, that even organic cashews can’t escape.
We started Beyond to innovate the cashew industry. Not only do we deliver the best tasting cashews, but we also harvest them from a fair trade, sustainable farming community in Africa. Most importantly, they will not be handled at the hands and livelihoods of oppressed workers.
By growing and harvesting our cashews all in one community, we are working to embolden Benin’s local economy. They’re lovingly processed close to home without exposure to harmful toxins. Then they’re roasted, salted, and packaged right there, a few hundred feet away.
From the thriving farmer that harvested them to his neighbor for handling, our cashews travel less than 100 miles. Beyond employs locals in Benin, which abolishes the need to export cashews to workers in unimaginable working conditions in other countries.

You can reduce the risk of health conditions caused by lifestyle choices by frequently eating plant-based foods, like cashews. They are a tasty snack to help fuel your immune system and jump start your metabolism. Below are a few health benefits of cashews.
Are you worried about cholesterol? The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved for health labels to state that “eating 1.5oz per day of most nuts as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk for heart disease.” The good news is that cashews help lower LDL cholesterol (the bad one) and help increase HDL (the good one).
Studies show that people who eat nuts on a regular basis are likely burning more calories while at rest than those who don’t. That being said, you may have a better chance of maintaining a healthy weight by routinely eating cashews.
For every sixteen to eighteen cashews (approximately 1 oz), you’ll consume 5g of protein, 13g of healthy fat, and 160 calories. Cashews are often compared to macadamia nuts, but those are usually higher in calories and lower in protein, making cashews the better choice because of their unique nutritional ratio.
Zinc is a crucial nutrient that helps the immune system fight off bacteria and viruses. When you eat just 1 oz serving of cashews, you get nearly 2mg of zinc! Eat a few servings of cashews, and you can meet your daily requirement of this important nutrient.
